Wipe

Paragon’s standard wipe (merge) applicator is an “airless” system designed for applying labels onto the top or side of products and cases. It is a great solution when products are consistently spaced at a constant speed. The Wipe (merge) module is available on all Paragon models and operates as follows:

·     The product detect sensor “sees” the product

·     After a brief delay allowing the product or case to get into the correct position, a label is dispensed at the approximate speed of the conveyor system

·     The label is then pressed onto the product or case using a brush or roller to apply the wiping pressure
